Membership FAQs
When does my monthly quota reset?
On the 1st of every month at midnight IST. Unused bookings do not roll over.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes! You get the new quota immediately. We prorate the billing based on days remaining.
What happens if I hit my game limit?
You can still browse games but won't be able to book until next month or after upgrading.
What are Guest Passes?
Pro and Elite members can bring a friend who isn't registered on FITUAL — their booking counts against your guest pass, not their own quota.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, you can pause for up to 2 months per year. Your quota is frozen and resumes when you unpause.
